MAC 1105 (College Algebra) is not required for this program. Select MGF or STA courses that satisfy the AA. If MGF or STA courses are included in the table(s) below, select those.
Language Proficiency Requirements: We encourage native speakers to visit their institution's language and/or testing departments for testing and course placement.
- French: Demonstrate proficiency by testing or completion of intermediate level French.
- Portuguese: Demonstrate proficiency by testing or completion of intermediate level Portuguese.
- Dual Language: Demonstrate proficiency by testing or completion of intermediate level of the first language and beginning level (two-term sequence) of the second language.
School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) Foreign Language Requirement: Complete a second level or higher foreign language course with a grade of C or higher (e.g., French II, Spanish II, ASL II). Passing scores on credit-by-exam language exams are acceptable. (Completion of a second level course or higher in this program satisfies the SIPA requirement.)
