Special Notes

We strongly encourage students to complete math and science courses every term to make satisfactory progress toward completing all prerequisites and AA degree prior to transfer.
The selection of science+lab depends on the track (refer to catalog link). The tracks below require discipline-specific sciences.
- Biology: BSC2010/L+2011/L; Chemistry: CHM1045/L+1046/L, CHM 2210 (no lab), PHY2048/L+2049/L;
  Physics: PHY2048/L+2049/L
Business track and Economics track require: ECO2013+2023
Courses for the Applied Math track, Comprehensive track, and Computer Science track are taken at FIU after transfer.
The additional lower and upper division courses below are required for this program. We encourage students to take these courses (as electives) prior to completing the AA.
