- Cumulative Transfer GPA: 2.0 or higher
- Cumulative Transfer GPA for prerequisites only: 2.75 or higher
- Complete each prerequisite with grade of C or higher in two attempts or fewer
  - Drop/Withdrawal grades are considered attempts
